Athlete Spotlight: Madden Williams (St. John Bosco) 4⭐ Wide Receiver
Madden Williams is Class of 2025, reppin’ St. John Bosco — and he’s a real one.
Standing 6’1”, 190 pounds, Williams got that wideout build that just feels smooth. Texas A&M locked him in early, and for good reason.
Madden Williams is Class of 2025, reppin’ St. John Bosco — and he’s a real one. Standing 6’1”, 190 pounds, Williams got that wideout build that just feels smooth, which is why Texas A&M locked him in early.
Last season, Madden put up 50 catches, 851 yards, and 13 touchdowns — all while sharing touches in a stacked Bosco offense. He runs routes like he’s GPS-guided, snaps corners off the line, and never panics when the ball’s in the air.
Watch his film — everything’s clean. Release game solid, hips fluid, hands soft. And the confidence? Quiet but heavy. He don’t need to celebrate, he just lines up again and does it twice.
I remember playing against this kid and the Trillion boys in a 7on7 Pylon Tournament and everything seemed effortless. You can tell he works his tail off and the kid is respectful. It was fun to watch him snatch the rock out the air everytime that ball came his way.
Madden ain’t flashy — he’s efficient. That’s what makes him dangerous. Every route got purpose. Every rep got intent. You can tell he studies the game like a pro already.
Now, when I watch teams play him and STJ Bosco, the lights stay bright, and Williams never folds under ‘em. With his senior year rolling, he’s that dude defensive backs circle in film study and still can’t stop on Friday night.
Madden Williams is built like a next-level wideout. Smooth, smart, and surgical. Texas A&M is getting a baller and it wouldn’t surprise me to see him starting at some point as a true freshman.
